The second Summer Youth Olympic Games will be held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province in 2014. The Second Summer Youth Olympic Games Organizing Committee (referred to as the "Nanjing Youth Olympic Organizing Committee") is an independent legal person approved by the State Council to host the 2014 Youth Olympic Games. According to work needs, some staff will be openly recruited from Nanjing and surrounding areas. The relevant information is now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment Principles
In accordance with the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection", open registration and examination assessment methods are adopted for Nanjing and surrounding areas. A combined approach and hiring on the basis of merit.

3. Application conditions
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China;
2. Willing to serve for the second Youth Olympic Games Contribute to the success of the event;
3. Bachelor degree or above;
4. Under 45 years old, the age can be appropriately relaxed for some special positions;
5. Have a solid foreign language foundation and a certain ability to use foreign languages;
6. Have certain computer operation capabilities;
7. Be in good health.
4. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration and Qualification Review
On-site registration is adopted, and the applicant must bring relevant materials to the registration point to register.
1. Registration time: April 9 to April 10, 8:30-17:00.
2. Registration location: Nanjing Senior Management Talent Exchange Service Center (No. 119 Chengxian Street).
3. Materials required for registration:
(1) Applicants must hold academic diplomas and degree certificates. If they are fresh graduates, they should provide employment recommendation forms for college graduates.
(2) Relevant materials proving your work skills. Such as: professional title certificates, professional qualification certificates, professional grade assessment certificates or certificates, and materials proving performance in this major.
(3) Original and 1 copy of ID card.
(4) 2 recent one-inch bareheaded photos.
(5) One copy of "Job Applicant Registration Form". Applicants are requested to download the registration form from the official website of the Youth Olympic Organizing Committee and the Nanjing Senior Talent Network in advance and fill it out.
(2) Exam
The exam is divided into two parts: a written test and an interview, both of which adopt a hundred-point system. The total score calculation method is that the written test and interview scores each account for 50%.
1. Written examination: In principle, the opening ratio of the written examination shall not be less than 1:3. If the number of applicants does not reach the opening ratio, the recruitment plan will be cancelled. Those who meet the requirements after the qualification review will be notified to take the written test.
2. Interview: The interview is organized and implemented by the recruiting unit. Candidates for interviews will be determined in the order of written test scores from high to low, in principle no less than 1:2 of the number of positions recruited, and will be notified by the recruiting unit.
3. The time and location of the written test and interview will be notified separately. Please pay attention to the official website of the Youth Olympic Games Organizing Committee and the Nanjing Senior Talent Network for relevant information.
(3) Physical examination
Within 5 days after the interview, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined according to the total score from high to low, and the number of job recruitments will be 1:1. The physical examination method shall refer to the "National Civil Servant Recruitment" "General Standards for Physical Examination (Trial)" is implemented. The time and location of the physical examination will be notified later.
(4) Inspection
Conduct inspections on those who have passed the physical examination. Focus on examining the political performance, moral character, work performance and learning status of the candidates.
When there is a vacancy due to failure in the physical examination or examination, the candidates will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on the overall score.
(5) Determine the list of proposed personnel
The list of proposed personnel will be determined based on the total test scores, physical examination and inspection results.
(6) Publicity
The list of candidates who have passed the physical examination and inspection will be published on the official website of the Youth Olympic Organizing Committee and the Nanjing Senior Talent Network for 5 days.
(7) Employment
1. Those who have no objections to the announcement should bring their graduation certificate, academic certification certificate, qualification certificate and other materials to the Nanjing Senior Management Talent Exchange Service Center to complete the registration procedures. Applicants who fail to register within the prescribed registration period will be deemed to have given up automatically.
2. Once the employed personnel are hired, they will adopt the form of talent dispatch and sign a labor contract with the Nanjing Senior Management Talent Exchange Service Center. They will enjoy social security, five insurances, housing provident fund and other benefits in accordance with the law. The salary is negotiable.
4. Recruitment Discipline
