Does Hefei Gree air-conditioner welder have a high salary?

Gree's welder's salary is still above average in Anhui. It's almost 3.5K in the peak season. My classmate is from Hefei, but in other places, Gree's salary can only be at the bottom. The salary of senior welders here in Suzhou is about 5000 yuan. I just came back from Shenzhen some time ago, where 4000 technicians are guaranteed and overtime pay is extra. Basically, 6.7K is still fine.
