According to the Measures of Jiangsu Province for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions (Su Ban Fa [22] No.9) and other regulations, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Recruitment conditions
(1) Having Chinese nationality, abiding by the Constitution and laws of the Chinese people, and supporting the leadership and society of the China * * * production party.
(2) Good conduct, unity with comrades and love for social science research;
(3) Being in good health and under 35 years old, that is, born after January 1, 1988;
(4) Having the qualifications required for applying for the post;

4. Under any of the following circumstances, candidates are not allowed to apply:
(1) active servicemen and non-fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities;
(2) Persons who have not been released from disciplinary action or are undergoing disciplinary review, persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired, or persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes are under investigation;

(4) The new Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Jiangsu Province came into effect on March 13, 22. According to the announcement of open recruitment of public institutions issued afterwards, those who have been employed in various local institutions in Jiangsu Province have not completed their three-year service.
(5) Before August 31, 223, newly hired civil servants whose service period is less than five years, or those who leave their work units (posts) are not allowed to be dismissed according to regulations (including clear agreement), or those who are not allowed to apply for public institutions according to other national and provincial regulations.

(3) The interview is organized by Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences, and the interview is conducted by academic defense, which mainly examines the academic background, professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality of the candidates.
(4) The interview results will be notified to the candidates on the spot by the panel of judges.

(5) Candidates will be informed of the interview time and place before the interview.

candidates should attend the interview on time, and those who fail to attend the interview at the specified time and place are deemed to have voluntarily given up.

IV. Physical examination and investigation
(1) After the examination, among those who have passed the examination, those who have participated in the physical examination will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of National Civil Servants (Trial).
when there are vacancies due to unqualified medical examination and other reasons, those who have passed the interview can be filled according to the interview results from high score to low score.
(2) Our unit will organize an inspection for those who have passed the physical examination, focusing on the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance related to the post, and verifying the qualifications of the candidates.
V. Publicity and Employment
(1) Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences determines the list of persons to be employed according to the results of examination, investigation and physical examination.

the contract period is 5 years, the probation period for the first-time employed personnel is 12 months, and the probation period for other personnel is 6 months.
after the probation period expires, the employee will be assessed. If the employee fails to pass the assessment, the employment qualification will be cancelled and the employment contract will be terminated.
the minimum service period is 3 years (including the probation period) except that the employment contract is dissolved according to laws and regulations.
