I am an intern interning at Opel. Let me tell you about my experience for your reference.

When Opel recruits at our school, they will say that the working hours are 10.5 hours. It is important to remember that it is working hours and not office hours. Then it will say the salary is 4,000-6,000. Remember, this is the salary and it does not say what the salary is for the position. Then I was told to do 6 days off and 1 day off. Only when I came did I realize that 1 day off was for shift work. When working shift work, you can’t take a break immediately after working all day, and you have to wait for half a day to get rid of the jet lag. They also said they were recruiting machine tool operators, machine assemblers, etc. After arriving, I realized that they were similar to assembly lines.

Nowadays, most of the employees here are part-time workers. There is an extreme shortage of people, and you will be stuck if you want to leave. There were a lot of people when I came here, but after a month, there were a lot less people here. There is also a lack of talent. Last time, my classmate had a machine tool problem. Equipment maintenance came and a group of people worked on it all morning but couldn't fix it. Finally, they said they could and asked for leave today. There are many idle people, and many of them are not well educated. Many people can only write their own names, and some even cannot write their own names. If there are too many, I won’t write about them. If there are too many, I won’t feel anything if I haven’t been here. You’ll know when you come.
