The management of provincial civilized construction site evaluation is jointly responsible by the Provincial Construction Department, the Provincial Construction Engineering Administration and the Provincial Construction Trade Union. Organized and implemented by the Provincial Construction Engineering Administration.

The evaluation of provincial civilized construction sites shall follow the principle of separation of on-site examination and approval.

On-site evaluation employs experts in construction safety and labor protection to form an evaluation team; The examination and approval work shall be organized and implemented by the provincial civilized construction site examination and approval committee.

Provincial civilized construction site declaration project scope is as follows:

Projects under any of the following circumstances shall not be declared as provincial civilized construction sites:

(1) Major quality and safety accidents;

(3) Subcontracting or illegal subcontracting;

(four) in violation of construction laws and regulations, shall be punished by the relevant competent departments.

Provincial civilized construction site declaration in accordance with the following procedures:

The provincial civilized construction site examination and approval committee shall publicize the projects with a total score of 85 points or more and their contractors. The publicity time shall not be less than 14 days. If there is no feedback during the publicity period or the feedback after review still meets the prescribed conditions, it shall be submitted to the examination and approval committee for examination and approval.

The Provincial Construction Department, the Provincial Construction Management Bureau and the Provincial Construction Trade Union awarded the title of "Civilized Construction Site in Jiangsu Province" to the projects under construction that meet the standards of provincial civilized construction sites after examination and approval by the examination and approval committee, and announced them.

Commendation activities for provincial civilized construction sites are held once a year.

The provincial civilized construction site implements dynamic management.
