Xiamen Xiangyu Bonded Logistics Park is a' key project' for the Xiamen Municipal Government to realize the strategic concept of the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait and implement the central government's development of the South China economic circle. As far as we know, until today, its development is not perfect, and there are still many places where it can give full play to its special functions.

Our team chose Xiamen Customs Special Supervision Zone as the focus, taking Xiamen Xiangyu Bonded Logistics Park as an example. By going deep into the bonded area, we investigated the bonded business model and current situation of enterprises in the bonded area, and learned the demands of enterprises in various parks for bonded policies through interviews. At the same time, the historical data related to the operation of the bonded area are obtained from the administrative Committee of the special supervision area and the customs, and analyzed to explore the development trend and future orientation of the bonded area. Finally, the research report is formed, and suggestions are made on how to make full use of regional preferential policies, give play to regional functional advantages, obtain sustainable management and innovate business models in the future.
