A brief discussion on public health

It is late at night, walking on the way home

Standing at a familiar intersection, looking at the street at night.

Are you tired? Well, I'm a little tired.

The cold wind is coming, a little cold and a little lonely. Just think about it. If you think about it carefully, it has been more than 2 years since I came to Changsha. I stumbled into the public health industry by accident, and accidentally met a group of good colleagues and good friends with whom I got along well. Although I am a little tired, there are also many wonderful gains.

As a public health worker, I deeply understand how hard this profession is. Endless things to do, endless inspections, endless overtime classes, and a handful of bitter tears, this is the world. It’s all self-inflicted, does it hurt? Do you regret it? .

The light is green, cross the road.

Thinking about it carefully, over the past few years, we have entered data over and over again, piles of forms after piles, and rounds of inspections, accompanying us every day and month. As a public health worker, public health work is a job where dedication outweighs rewards. In many cases, this dedication is not perceived and understood by the surrounding environment, does not receive support from residents, and sometimes is rejected. And public health personnel work and contribute to this kind of work day after day.

Thinking of this, I really admire people who still stick to this industry.

Some people choose to give up, we understand them

We choose to persevere, but we are still confused

As a public defender, you can only do it if you have experienced it. I understand the sadness in this. It is common to feel tired and tired. In today's society, it is not easy for all walks of life. It’s okay to have a heavy workload and many tasks at ordinary times. The most terrifying thing is that we have to face various inspections. Every time there is an inspection, public health personnel have to work overtime to sort out information and prepare for the assessment. Looking back on the past few years, I can’t count how many overtime classes I took and how many nights I stayed up.

It’s actually okay for people to be physically tired. More often than not, public health workers are mentally tired. Many times we are not perceived and understood by the surrounding environment, do not receive support from residents, and sometimes we are rejected. And public health personnel work and contribute to this kind of work day after day.

Thinking of this, I really admire people who still stick to this industry.

It is true that we have been persevering, but we are confused

The public health can never be finished, the public health can never die!

Please give a thumbs up to the public health workers for their hard work.

Please give thumbs up to all of you who work hard and persist!

That’s it for today. I wrote these words in a daze.

As a public health officer, since you are so tired, haven’t you thought about resigning? But you are still persisting, for what reason?

I also asked myself.

Maybe it’s making money

Maybe it’s a hard-earned colleague

Maybe it’s a thank you from grandparents
