What does a warp knitting machine do?

There are many textile machines in the factory, one of which is called warp knitting machine. Warp knitting machines are used to knit curtains, tablecloths, bedspreads, blankets, lace ribbons, women's inner and outer coats, fishing nets, packaging bags and other warp knitting fabrics with complex organizational structures. The main mechanism of warp knitting machine consists of knitting mechanism, guide bar traversing mechanism, let-off mechanism, pull-around mechanism and transmission mechanism, and each mechanism has its own working principle. Next, this paper briefly introduces what the warp knitting machine does and its main mechanism and working principle. Let's have a look! What does a warp knitting machine do?

Warp knitting uses one or several groups of yarns arranged in parallel to form knitted fabrics on all the working needles of the warp feeding machine at the same time. This method is called warp knitting, and the knitted fabric formed is called warp knitting. A warp knitting machine is structurally characterized in that the stretching direction of the fabric forms an angle of more than140 degrees with the plane of the needle bar. It is often used to weave curtains, tablecloths, bedspreads, blankets, lace ribbons, women's inner and outer coats, fishing nets, packaging bags and other warp-knitted fabrics with complex organizational structures.

Second, the main mechanism and working principle of warp knitting machine

1, main institution

The warp knitting machine is mainly composed of knitting mechanism, guide bar traversing mechanism, let-off mechanism, pulling and winding mechanism and transmission mechanism.

2. Working principle

(1) Knitting mechanism includes needle bed, guide bar, sinker bed and pressing plate, which is generally driven by cam or eccentric connecting rod. Cams are often used in warp knitting machines with low speed and complicated motion laws of looping parts. Eccentric connecting rod is widely used in high-speed warp knitting machine because of its smooth transmission, simple processing, low wear and noise during high-speed operation.

(2) The guide bar traversing mechanism makes the guide bar traverse according to the requirements of the knitted fabric structure in the loop forming process, and pads the warp yarn on the needles, thus knitting a knitted fabric with a certain structure. There are usually two types: the pattern type and the cam type. According to the requirements of knitted fabric knitting, the pattern plate mechanism connects pattern plates with certain shapes and sizes in series to form a pattern plate chain, which makes the guide bar move laterally. It is suitable for knitting patterns with complex patterns and is convenient for changing patterns. In the cam mechanism, the cam is designed according to the transverse motion law of the guide bar required by the knitted fabric structure, which has stable transmission and can adapt to high knitting speed.

(3) The let-off mechanism unwinds the warp on the warp beam and sends it to the knitting area. There are two kinds: negative and positive. In the passive mechanism, the warp beam is pulled by the warp tension to send out the warp, which does not need a special warp beam transmission device, and is suitable for the warp knitting machine with low machine speed and complicated let-off law. The positive let-off mechanism uses a special transmission device to make the warp beam rotate to send out the warp yarn, which is different from tension induction and linear velocity induction. The tension sensing mechanism senses the tension of the warp yarn through the tension rod to control the rotation speed of the warp beam. The linear speed sensing mechanism senses the moving speed of warp yarn through the speed measuring device to control the rotating speed of warp beam. This mechanism is widely used in high-speed warp knitting machines because it can send out warp yarns at a predetermined linear speed and can work stably under high-speed operation conditions.

(4) The winding mechanism is to pull the fabric out of the weaving area at a predetermined speed and wind it into a cloth roll.
