The improvement of gas purifier based on floating packing layer is widely used in the pretreatment of industrial waste gas purification and dust removal, and the purification effect is very good. Washing tower is mainly used in air pollution prevention and control engineering, dust collection and treatment system engineering and oil fume treatment pipeline exhaust engineering. 2. Combustion method. This method, also known as thermal oxidation and thermal combustion, is mainly used to purify high-concentration VOCs waste gas. For the low-concentration tail gas that can't be burned by itself, it usually needs combustion improver or heating, which consumes a lot of energy and the operating cost is more than 10 times higher than that of catalytic combustion method. The technical requirements of operation are high and it is not easy to control and master. This method has basically not been popularized in China, and only a few manufacturers have introduced foreign treatment equipment to treat high-concentration and high-temperature waste gas from tin-making and printing industries, but it is difficult to operate normally because of its high energy consumption and unstable operation. At present, the main methods to treat organic waste gas are adsorption, catalytic combustion, activated carbon adsorption+catalytic combustion and so on. Considering the feasibility of the method, operation cost, equipment investment cost and secondary pollution, an appropriate treatment method should be selected.
