Interview experience of Industrial Bank Shanghai Branch

I went to the Industrial Bank for an interview the day before yesterday, and it was too late to return to the dormitory, so I didn't have time to write down my feelings about the interview that day. Now briefly.

That day, I took three cars and finally arrived at the Chen Dong Building near Pudong Century Park. I felt that this place was still very remote. The elevator goes up to 14 floor and comes out. I saw the words "Industrial Bank Credit Card Center" behind the front desk. I'm sure I'm in the right place. I thought it would be the same as the last interview with Bank of Shanghai. There were hundreds of people waiting there, but I didn't expect only twenty people to sit in the whole conference room, which greatly exceeded my expectations.

After waiting for about fifteen minutes, someone finally came to entertain us, gave us each a test paper and set a time to start the written test. The topic of the written test is not difficult, but it is not simple. It is always divided into four parts: intelligence question, logical reasoning question, personality test question and a subjective question and answer question. In the end, it is actually about 500 words, which feels like writing a composition. As soon as the written test was over, I began to wait for the interview. ...

There are 23 people coming for the interview, and I ranked 1 1. I thought it would be my turn soon, but I waited for nearly 2 hours! While waiting, two people actually left because they couldn't wait.

I have never been nervous about this one-on-one interview, but the long wait still makes me inexplicably nervous. Listening to the students who came out of the interview said that there are two unprofessional HR's, both of which are trembling. What am I afraid of?

It's finally my turn. Walking into the interview room, I felt a little depressed, but my mood was very relaxed. It's completely different from the last interview with Shanghai Bank. Last time I faced seven very professional people, this time there were only two "amateurs" who were easy to deal with. Sitting face to face with them feels like HR, but they are students coming for an interview.

About five minutes later, I came out of the room. In retrospect, they just asked me a few questions about my personality and hobbies. I can't remember the details. I feel good about myself. But when I asked them whether to sign the contract by personnel dispatch, they were somewhat vague, which made me suspicious. If it is a personnel dispatch, I will definitely not consider it. As a senior person interviewed with us said, "MFN treatment" can be dispensed with, but "national treatment" can never be abandoned-a classic metaphor.

The rest is to wait for the call in two weeks.
