In this internship, a person in charge of the coil factory not only gave us a lesson, but also introduced different coils in different motors in detail, and took us to the factory to observe and learn the manufacturing process of coils.

The manufacturing technology of concentric compensation winding, commutation pole coil, synchronous motor pole coil, AC stator coil and YR rotor coil is also studied and understood in detail. The manufacturing methods of various coils are similar and have their own characteristics.

Out of the coil factory, I went to the DC motor factory.

I saw large-scale lifting equipment for the first time in DC Motor Factory, and I had a deep understanding of safety awareness.

DC motors are mainly used for brake steel motors (ZD series, Z900 series, Z7 10 series), crane motors (ZKTD series) and special motors. There are two main press-fitting methods of DC motor stator core: internal pressure fitting and external pressure fitting, and internal pressure fitting is also commonly used. There are three main materials used in DC motors: magnetic conductive materials, conductive materials and insulating materials.

In the shearing and punching factory, we learned the stamping process:

Stamping is a production technology that makes the sheet material directly subjected to deformation force in the die with the help of the power of conventional or special stamping equipment, so as to obtain product parts with certain shape, size and performance. Sheet metal, die and equipment are the three elements of stamping. Stamping is a cold deformation processing method of metal. Therefore, it is called cold stamping or sheet metal stamping for short. It is one of the main methods of metal plastic working (or pressure working) and also belongs to material forming engineering technology.

Stamping is mainly classified according to process, which can be divided into two categories: separation process and forming process. The separation process, also known as blanking, aims to separate the stamping parts from the sheet along a certain contour line and ensure the quality requirements of the separated section. The purpose of forming process is to make the sheet metal plastically deform and make the workpiece have the required shape and size without destroying the blank. In actual production, a workpiece often goes through multiple processes. Stamping, bending, shearing, stretching, bulging, spinning and straightening are the main stamping processes.

The surface and internal properties of stamping sheet have great influence on the quality of stamping products, and the thickness of stamping material is required to be accurate and uniform. Smooth surface, no spots, scars, scratches and surface cracks; Uniform yield strength, no obvious directionality; High uniform elongation; Low output rate; Low work hardening.

In actual production, process tests similar to stamping process, such as drawing performance test and bulging performance test, are often used to check the stamping performance of materials to ensure the quality of finished products and high qualified rate. The precision and structure of the finished die directly affect the forming and precision of stamping parts. Die manufacturing cost and life span are important factors affecting the cost and quality of stamping parts. Mold design and manufacture need more time, which prolongs the production preparation time of new stamping parts.

The standardization of die frame, die frame and guide rail, the development of simple die (small batch production), compound die and multi-station progressive die (large batch production) and the development of rapid die changing device can reduce the preparation workload and shorten the preparation time of stamping production, so that advanced stamping technology suitable for large batch production can be reasonably applied to small batch and multi-variety production.

In addition to forming thick plates with hydraulic press, stamping equipment generally adopts mechanical press. With modern high-speed multi-station mechanical press as the center, it is equipped with unwinding, leveling, finished product collection, transportation and other machinery, as well as a mold base library and a quick mold changing device. Through computer program control, an automatic stamping production line with high productivity can be formed.

In the case of producing dozens or hundreds of stamping parts per minute, people, equipment and quality accidents often occur when feeding, stamping and discharging processes are completed in a short time. Therefore, stamping safety production is a very important issue.

In this internship, I have a comprehensive understanding of the working object and working environment of electrical engineering and automation specialty in engineering practice, from the whole production process of products to the performance indicators of products and the parameter requirements of production design. While consolidating professional knowledge and increasing the sense of industry responsibility, we have a brand-new understanding of the motor field and a qualitative understanding of our electrical workers. This internship is neither long nor short, but it has benefited a lot. During this period, we deepened our friendship with our classmates and exercised our team spirit.
