I. Basic information

Four. Registration and qualification examination

(1) Registration method

This open recruitment is conducted by online registration.

The written test is a comprehensive quality test, which mainly examines the candidates' political theory literacy and knowledge and ability related to management positions. The full score is 100.

When the written test scores are tied for the last place, the last tied candidate is shortlisted for the interview.

The written test sets the minimum qualified score line, and the score reaches 60 or above before entering the interview.

(2) Interview

The interview mainly examines the comprehensive abilities of professional cognition, language expression, logical thinking and problem solving required by management positions, with a full score of 100.

The minimum qualified score line is set for the interview, and 75 points or above can be shortlisted.

The total score of candidates = written test score *40%+ interview score *60%.

According to different positions, the shortlisted physical examination and psychological evaluation personnel are determined according to the proportion of candidates' total scores from high to low, and the number of recruitment positions is 1: 1.

For the same recruitment position, the total scores of candidates are the same, and they are ranked from high to low according to the interview results, and the candidates with high interview results rank in the top.

Six, physical examination, psychological evaluation and investigation

Physical examination and psychological evaluation are organized by Hubei University and implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
