The deputy supervisor is fully responsible for the quality control and management of the company's raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, organizing the formulation of product quality inspection standards, leading the improvement of the company's quality management system, organizing the inspection and evaluation of suppliers' quality, and being responsible for the regular calibration of inspection tools.

2. Job requirements. The supervisor should have a high school education or above, be under 40 years old, and have more than 5 years management experience in injection molding workshop. The deputy supervisor should have more than 4 years working experience as a quality control supervisor, have the qualification of ISO system auditor, be proficient in quality control application tools and computer operation, know how to put forward implementation plans, and be familiar with and master various product certification processes.
