Internal organizations of Nong'an County Education Bureau

Based on the above responsibilities, the County Education Bureau has 6 internal agencies.

(1) Personnel Department

(2) High School Adult Vocational Education Section

Responsible for the education and teaching management of high school education, adult education, and vocational education in the county; responsible for the management of credit student loans for students in the county ; Responsible for the post-loan management of credit student loans in the student's place of origin; responsible for the national scholarships and other funding for secondary vocational schools and the promotion of funding policies.

(3) Planning and Finance Section

Responsible for the preparation of education development plans; responsible for arranging and issuing annual school personnel funds, public funds and special education funds; responsible for preparing department budgets , final accounts work; collaborate with finance and other departments to prepare government procurement reports; be responsible for managing the education funds of the system, standardize financial management, and strengthen financial supervision; be responsible for guiding and helping grassroots schools to manage and use money well, and improve the financial system Construction; responsible for timely analysis of the use of education funds and improving the efficiency of the use of education funds; responsible for financial auditing and fee management of the education system.

(4) Compulsory Education Section

Responsible for the management of school education and teaching in the compulsory education section, moral education, physical education, health, art, early childhood and special education in primary and secondary schools; responsible for the materials of the Education Bureau Comprehensive work.

(5) Secretarial Section (with the brand name of Administrative Approval Office)

Responsible for the internal administrative affairs management, secretarial and office supplies guarantee of the agency; responsible for the construction, maintenance and management of the agricultural safety education website work; responsible for receiving and publishing information; responsible for receiving letters and visits from the masses; responsible for the comprehensive management of social security in the education system and the management of education in accordance with the law.
