Luo Caixia was admitted to Tianjin Normal University in 2005. On March 6th, 2009, Luo Caixia and several classmates attended a job fair. In their spare time, they went to Xinmao Sub-branch of China Construction Bank to start online banking. I need an ID card to go through the formalities, and the staff told her that the information was wrong and could not be processed. Luo Caixia was surprised that it was wrong to enter the ID number many times. The bank computer shows that there is another girl's head on the ID card, with the same name and surname as Luo Caixia, and the ID number is the same. The issuing authority is Baiyun Branch of Guiyang Public Security Bureau.

On July 9th, 2008, Luo Caixia applied for the qualification of a senior high school teacher. Later, the teacher in charge of the qualification examination called to ask if she had applied for the teacher qualification certificate in Guizhou. Luo replied, "No." Both of these incidents are related to Guizhou, which aroused suspicion. Subsequently, she reported to the Xuefu Police Station in Xiqing District, Tianjin, claiming that her ID card information was stolen.

Wang Jiajun's father, Wang Zhengrong, was a policeman in Longhui County Public Security Bureau, Hunan Province, and was guilty of forging the certificates of state organs.
