Measures of Zibo Municipality on the Administration of Surveying and Mapping Work

Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen the administration of surveying and mapping (hereinafter referred to as surveying and mapping) in our city and give full play to the pioneering and safeguarding role of surveying and mapping in national economic construction, these measures are formulated in accordance with national and provincial laws and regulations on surveying and mapping administration and combined with the actual situation of our city. Second Zibo Surveying Management Office is the functional department of the Municipal People's Government to exercise surveying management. The district and county governments may designate relevant departments or units to manage the investigation work under their jurisdiction, and accept the guidance of the Municipal Investigation and Management Office in business. Article 3 The main duties of Zibo Survey Management Office are:

(a) according to the national and provincial and municipal regulations on investigation and management, formulate specific implementation measures in our city.

(six) to organize the implementation and management of engineering geology, water supply hydrogeology and urban environmental geology survey. Provide all kinds of hydrogeological and engineering geological data and maps for urban and rural planning and construction. Organize the compilation and publication of hydrogeology and engineering geology series maps of this Municipality.

(seven) responsible for the investigation market management, investigation business technology management, investigation results management, organization and coordination of local investigation projects.

Organize the exchange of experience in investigation. Chapter II Survey Market Management Article 4 Foreign survey units are encouraged to undertake survey tasks in our city through fair competition. All foreign survey units that come to our city to undertake survey tasks are managed by the municipal survey management department. Article 5 Reconnaissance units (including military reconnaissance units) must hold reconnaissance qualification certificates, business licenses and charging licenses, and be registered by the Municipal Reconnaissance Management Office before undertaking reconnaissance business within the approved business scope. Article 6 Units undertaking survey tasks in our city shall go to the Municipal Survey Management Office for project registration according to regulations, and only after obtaining the project registration certificate can the survey work of the project be implemented. Eighth foreign survey units approved by the municipal survey management department, can set up a permanent base in our city. Chapter III Technical Management of Surveying and Mapping Business Article 11 Surveying and mapping units undertake the following surveying and mapping projects in our city, which shall be examined and approved by the Municipal Surveying and Mapping Management Office.

(a) the leveling control survey established separately, with a control area of less than 200 square kilometers;

(2) 1/5000 scale topographic survey within 50 square kilometers, 1/200,1/000, 1/500 scale topographic survey;

(three) municipal key engineering surveying and mapping projects;

(four) the preliminary examination of surveying and mapping data of foreign-related construction projects;

(five) urban engineering surveying and mapping such as cadastral survey, planning alignment, building alignment, land allocation survey, municipal engineering survey and underground engineering survey. Twelfth unified plane coordinates, height system and map framing and numbering.

Fifteenth surveying and mapping instruments used by surveying and mapping units should be regularly handed over to the units authorized by the competent department of measurement and testing for standard measurement and testing. Unqualified instruments shall not be used for surveying and mapping production. Chapter IV Management of Survey Results Article 16 Our city implements the management system of inspection and assessment of survey results.

(II) Where the survey results are used for urban and rural planning, construction, land and real estate management, the survey unit (or construction unit) must report to the Municipal Survey Management Office for inspection. After acceptance, it is valid only after being stamped with the "Special Seal for Data Review and Audit" of Zibo Survey Management Office.
