Anyone who abides by national laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions can sign up for the exam:

1, with technical secondary school degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and engaged in construction management of construction projects for 2 years;

2, with other professional secondary school education and engaged in construction management for 5 years;

3. Engaged in construction management of construction projects 15 years.

(1) The examination consists of three subjects: Construction Management of Building Engineering, Regulations and Related Knowledge of Building Engineering, and Professional Engineering Management and Practice, in which the test of Construction Management and Regulations and Related Knowledge of Building Engineering is an objective question, and the professional engineering management and practice consists of six majors: construction engineering, highway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, municipal public works, mining engineering and electromechanical engineering.

(2) The objective questions are answered on the answer sheet with 2B pencil, and the subjective questions are answered on the answer sheet (special answer sheet) with black ink pen. Candidates can bring black ink pen, 2B pencil, eraser, calculator with dictation editing function and other stationery when taking the exam, and other items should be placed in the designated place in the examination room. Draft papers are available in the examination room for candidates to use and retrieve after the examination.
