What are the responsibilities of resin-based composites workers?

The work mainly includes: (1) Testing the performance of raw materials such as fiber, fabric and resin with instruments; (2) preparing resin glue solution, operating a glue dipping machine, and pre-dipping fibers or fabrics to prepare a pre-impregnated adhesive tape or honeycomb sandwich; (3) Cementing and curing the surface-treated panels, honeycomb sandwich and embedded parts into honeycomb sandwich structures by using tools and molds; (4) Using instruments, randomly sampling and measuring the performance indexes such as rubber content and pre-curing degree of the prepreg tape; (5) operating the winding machine to wind the prepreg tape to manufacture the solid engine shell and the nozzle liner; (6) operating the press to control the process parameters and pressing the thermal insulator in the nozzle; (7) operating a hydraulic kettle, a pneumatic kettle and a curing furnace, adjusting and controlling process parameters such as pressure, temperature and vacuum degree, and solidifying the composite shell and the nozzle liner; (8) Fill in process records and quality tracking cards.
