Provisions of Qiqihar Municipality on the Collection of Accommodation Fees for Urban Immigrants

Article 4 The collection of accommodation fees shall adhere to the principle of being conducive to the rational flow of talents and the economic development of this Municipality. Article 10 Accommodation fees shall be managed according to extra-budgetary funds, stored in special financial accounts and used for special purposes.
