Hardening treatment

First sprinkle sufficient crystal surface primer on the stone surface, and then use a 220 machine equipped with No. 1 steel wool to polish back and forth until the potion is basically dry. .

Key points in this section: The working area should not be too large each time, the length should not exceed 2 square meters, and the throw should not be too high to prevent the crystal surface layer from being "pasted".

Glassing treatment

First sprinkle an appropriate amount of crystal surface agent on the stone surface, and then use a 220 machine equipped with zero steel wool to polish it back and forth, back and forth, and in circles. Until the potion is dry and the stone surface is shiny!

Note in this section: When the potion is fast drying, the machine may become heavier, which means the potion is fast drying and about to crystallize, so it cannot be stopped and the speed must be accelerated twice.

Key points in this section: 1. The area of ??each working unit should not be too large, and do not be greedy for too much! Otherwise, it will be a waste of time!

2. When the polishing machine feels heavier, the speed must be increased. Then the brightness feels like it has reached its limit and stops immediately. Remember: the longer you throw it, the brighter it will be. Throwing it for too long may burn off the crystallization layer that has been produced and make it less bright.

3. After the construction is completed, if you feel that the brightness is not enough, you can add a little crystal surface agent and polish it gently and quickly several times until the brightness comes out.

4. During the entire process, the steel wool must be checked at any time. The steel wool must be clean and dry! When you feel that the machine is not running very regularly or the machine is shaking violently, it may be that the steel wire surface is balled up. At this time, stop the machine, turn the steel wire surface over, and lay it flatly on the white sheet again before continuing to work.

5. During glazing and polishing, if the potion cannot be polished or the stone surface is turbid no matter how hard it is polished, it means that the steel wire surface is too dirty. At this time, you must stop and clean the steel wool. , spread it flatly on the white piece, then sprinkle a small amount of liquid medicine and continue polishing.

6. During the glazing and polishing process, if the steel wool is replaced, the liquid must be continued to be replenished. Otherwise, the friction temperature between the new steel wire surface and the stone surface will be too high and the crystallized layer will be burned away.

Lighting treatment

After the above process is completed, if you feel that the overall brightness is OK, but there is disc vertigo in some parts or the brightness is not enough in some parts, you can sprinkle a little stone maintenance solution on a cotton towel, and then Knead it evenly with your hands

Put it on a clean white tablet (the surroundings must be turned up and pressed under the machine working plate to ensure that the towel flies around when the machine is working), and then use the 220 machine to go back and forth slowly
