Vocational schools and enterprises and institutions undertaking internship tasks should take labor safety protection measures for teachers and students participating in internships.

Enterprises and institutions that undertake internship tasks should provide appropriate labor remuneration to teachers and students who undertake internships in accordance with relevant regulations. Article 16 Vocational schools shall accept supervision and evaluation. Article 17: Vocational school fees shall be collected in accordance with prescribed items and standards. Chapter 3 Teachers and Students Article 18 Vocational school teachers should have academic qualifications and qualifications stipulated by the state, love vocational education, and have good professional attainment and professional qualities. Article 19 Vocational schools should establish a teacher evaluation system. The competent departments should strengthen supervision and guidance on teacher assessment work.
