I. Contract Content and Price

This project is divided into construction project and unit project. 2. The data acceptance shall be subject to the acceptance of the supervision department of the quality inspection station, not to the filing date of the construction unit. However, if the construction unit needs Party B's assistance in the filing process, Party B shall fully cooperate.

Three. Work content and related matters

1. Party B shall do its duty and prepare all engineering materials in time according to the construction progress without delay.

2. On the basis of abiding by this contract, Party B shall be familiar with the post responsibilities, complete his own work and consciously abide by the company's rules and regulations.

3. Party A provides office space and accommodation for Party B free of charge. Party A is responsible for all kinds of office supplies and consumables used by Party B during the work. However, Party B shall, based on the principle of diligence and thrift, use consumables reasonably and shall not cause a lot of waste. Save office expenses for Party A as much as possible. Carefully verify the information filled in, and try to avoid typing by mistake, typing by mistake or missing engineering documents.

4. Party B must appoint employees who are qualified for the position of information officer. If Party A finds that the on-site information officer is irresponsible and the information work is seriously lagging behind, Party A has the right to ask Party B to replace the staff. In the main construction stage, Party B's librarians will guarantee 26 working days every month, and 80% of the working time will be guaranteed for each working day. 5. The technical documents of construction shall be the responsibility of Party A's technicians and security personnel, and Party B shall be responsible for collecting, sorting, binding and submitting them to the supervision unit and the construction unit for examination and approval. The contents include: construction organization design, safety construction organization design, calculation of each special scheme, construction scheme, technical disclosure, safety disclosure, construction diary, safety diary, setting-out record, change verification, negotiation, team self-inspection, handover inspection, etc. If Party A's technical documents are missing or incomplete, which makes it difficult to hand over the work, Party B will not be responsible. However, after Party A's technicians are ready, Party B can assist in finishing and binding.

6. If Party A's materials cannot be filed due to Party B's work mistakes, Party B must rectify and improve them. Guarantee to be responsible for the completion acceptance. If it is caused by objective factors, Party A shall not unreasonably pursue Party B's responsibilities, and shall promptly dredge the relationship with superior quality inspection and relevant departments to ensure the completion acceptance.

7. When Party A enters the site, it shall collect all quality assurance materials such as certificates, inspection reports and licenses of various materials, and submit them to Party B, who shall be responsible for collecting and keeping all kinds of quality certification materials.

8. In case of personal injury or other accidents during Party B's work on the construction site, Party A shall regard Party B as a member of the project department and bear certain responsibilities.

9. During the contract period, if the signatory of Party A who signed this contract is transferred due to work, this contract will remain valid, and Party A has no right to terminate this contract.

10, data contracting shall be conducted at the unit price of square meters. If the construction area is found to be inconsistent with the actual situation, the settlement shall be made according to the construction drawings. Both parties timely negotiate to adjust the total price and monthly payment amount.
