20 13 Announcement on the Employment of Civil Servants (People's Police) by Public Examination in the Second Half of the Year

According to the Civil Servant Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Civil Servant Employment Regulations (Trial) and other regulations, in accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, with the approval of the provincial civil servant department, our city decided to recruit 126 civil servants (including the staff managed by the Civil Servant Law, the same below) in the second half of 2065, including the people's police. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Candidates and Admission Conditions

(1) Applicants: 20 14 college graduates and on-the-job and off-the-job people who meet the job requirements. Among them, 20 14 college graduates must obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate required by the position before July 3 14; Other personnel must obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate required by the post before the interview qualification review. Those who fail to obtain the relevant certificates within the specified time will not be hired or will not enter the next exam at their own risk.

"Persons with more than two years' experience in grassroots work experience" in the recruitment target refers to those who have worked at the grassroots level for two years as of September 20, 20 13 (the first day of this open recruitment registration). Grassroots work experience refers to the work experience at the grass-roots level and the production line, that is, the work experience in the party and government organs below the county level (including administrative units managed by referring to the Civil Service Law), as well as the work experience in state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations at all levels. Unemployed college graduates who leave school go to the internship base of college graduates (the base is grass-roots units) to participate in internships or participate in project research in enterprises and institutions, which can be regarded as grassroots work experience. Working experience in military regiments and units below equivalent regiments can be regarded as grassroots work experience, and the service time of retired soldiers can be regarded as grassroots work experience. The social practice experience of college graduates during their study in school cannot be regarded as grassroots work experience.

(2) Application conditions:

4. Have good conduct.

5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.

6. Have the educational level and working ability that meet the requirements of the post.

7. Comply with the provisions of Article 68 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on withdrawal.

8. Other qualifications required by laws and regulations for recruitment positions.

(3) In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted:

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who violate the rules and regulations in the recruitment of civil servants during the ban period;

3. Persons whose civil servants have been dismissed for less than five years;

4. Civil servants during the probation period;

5. military personnel;

6. Graduates who are not in 20 14;

7. Persons who are prohibited from being employed as civil servants in other circumstances according to law.

In addition, the following persons are not allowed to apply for the People's Police:

1. Having been punished by public security, reeducation through labor or juvenile discipline;

2. There are criminal suspects that have not yet been identified;

3. Bad behaviors such as moral corruption, hooliganism and theft;

4. Spouses, lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have great influence on themselves are sentenced to death or are serving sentences or engaged in political activities at home and abroad.

Second, the recruitment unit and quota

Organs at all levels in the city (excluding public security organs) have recruited 46 civil servants for public examinations, with a total of 105 candidates. III. Registration and Qualification Examination

Registration for this exam is conducted by online registration. Online registration time is from September 20, 2065438 to September 27, 2003 at 8:00, and the registration website is "Sichuan Personnel Examination Network" (www.scpta.gov.cn). The qualification examination is the responsibility of Suining Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment. At any stage, candidates who do not meet the job requirements may be disqualified from applying or hiring.

Registration and qualification examination shall be conducted according to the following procedures:

(1) Online Registration

1. Select a location. Applicants log on to the registration website, carefully read the Announcement and the Open Recruitment Position Form, understand the basic policies and requirements, and understand the scope, objects, conditions, remarks and precautions. Recruitment positions, especially the application conditions, and then choose the recruitment positions that fully meet their own conditions according to their own reality. Applicants should use the second-generation ID number to register, and a department (unit) can only choose one position. The ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same.

2. Fill in the information. Applicants are requested to register according to the online prompts, fill in the "20 13 Sichuan Public Examination Application Information Form" truly and accurately, and upload my recent bareheaded front photo (jpg format, below 20KB). The applicant shall be responsible for the information and materials submitted. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Acts in the Civil Service Recruitment Examination (Trial).

3. Query the preliminary qualification examination results. Applicants should log on to the registration website on 20 13 from September 22 to 27 to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination and photo quality inspection. The preliminary examination of this recruitment only carries out photo quality inspection, and does not review the applicant's application information and qualifications. Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination can no longer apply for other positions. (2) Payment confirmation

(3) Post adjustment

The ratio of written test applicants to job recruitment plan is generally not less than 5: 1. (4) Print the admission ticket

Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and the photo quality are qualified, and have successfully completed the payment confirmation (including fee reduction and exemption), please log in to Sichuan Personnel Examination Network from 20 13 10 to 2210 on 28th and print their admission ticket (printed on A4 paper, in black and white color, to ensure clear handwriting and photos). Four. Examination and qualification examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview, and the total score of the examination is calculated by 100.

Scores are not calculated, and the test results and written test results are announced at the same time. Only those who pass the psychological quality test can enter the next exam.

Candidates should take the exam at the time and place determined on the admission ticket. 3. written test plus points:

Personnel who have made outstanding achievements in the earthquake relief work of "5. 12 Wenchuan Earthquake" and "4.20 Lushan Earthquake" were commended by county (city, district), city (state) party committees, governments, city (state) organs and provincial organs when they applied for civil servants in the hardest hit areas, and were commended by provincial party committees, provincial governments, national ministries and commissions and above after the written test results were converted. Calculation method of equivalent total score in written test;

(2) Qualification examination

(4) Professional testing

Interviewers who apply for special police positions in public security organs have all passed professional tests. Professional tests do not calculate scores, and scores are divided into qualified and unqualified. The test items and standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Physical Training Standards for People's Police of Public Security Organs (Gong Zheng [2065438+00] No.445) issued by the Ministry of Public Security. The test items are: 4× 10 m round-trip running, 1000 m running, pull-ups and standing long jump. Score according to the standards of a group of young men in the "Standard Scoring Table for Physical Exercise of People's Police of Public Security Organs". A total score of more than 200 points is qualified, and a total score of less than 200 points is unqualified. Those who fail the professional test are not allowed to enter the next exam. (5) Physical fitness assessment

All interviewers who apply for the post of people's police in public security organs (including forest public security) are assessed for their physical fitness. Physical fitness assessment does not calculate scores, and scores are divided into qualified and unqualified. Physical fitness assessment standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Public Security and National Civil Service Bureau on Printing and Distributing Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards of Public Security Organs (Provisional) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2011] No.48). The results of 4× 100 m round-trip running and 1000 m running of special police candidates are also regarded as the results of these two items in physical fitness assessment, and will not be repeated. Those who fail the physical fitness assessment are not allowed to enter the next exam.

Physical fitness assessment is suspended in schools and other places where conditions permit. The specific time and place of physical fitness assessment and other related matters will be announced separately on the website of Suining Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The grouping and age of candidates participating in physical fitness assessment are calculated according to the date of physical fitness assessment.

(six) the total score of the exam

Total test score = written test equivalent total score+interview score ×30%.

The positions are ranked from high score to low score according to the total score of the exam (if the total score of the exam is the same, the ranking is determined by the written test equivalent to the total score; If the written test is equivalent to the same total score, the ranking shall be determined according to the order of the administrative professional ability test and the application results, and the candidates who enter the medical examination and inspection shall be determined equally.

For positions where the actual number of people who participated in the interview did not reach 3 times of the number of places to be hired, the total score of the examination for those who intend to enter the medical examination shall not be lower than the minimum total score of the positions that have reached the interview opening ratio in this open recruitment (excluding the replacement medical examination personnel).

According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations of Discipline in the Civil Service Recruitment Examination (Trial), if an applicant intentionally conceals a disease or medical history that affects employment during the medical examination, the recruitment agency will refuse to hire him. Candidates who collude with the medical examination staff to cheat or ask others to replace the medical examination, exchange or replace the test samples during the medical examination, the medical examination results are invalid, and the competent department of civil servants at or above the provincial level shall not apply for civil servants for five years.

(2) Investigation

The recruitment agency conducts a comprehensive investigation of the qualified personnel, verifies whether the inspected objects meet the registration qualification conditions, and whether the information and related materials provided for the registration are true and accurate, and makes a conclusion on whether the inspection is qualified or not.

Vacancies that fail to pass the inspection or voluntarily give up can be filled in by interviewers who apply for the same position (people's police positions pass the physical examination) with the approval of the municipal competent department of civil servants, and the replacement personnel will enter the inspection after passing the physical examination.

(3) Publicity

After the inspection, the personnel to be hired will be publicized on the website of Suining Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The publicity contents include name, gender, date of birth, education background, major, graduation institution (or original work unit), admission ticket number, position to be hired, total test score, position ranking and supervision and reporting telephone number. The publicity period is 7 days.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if the problem is not reflected or reflected but does not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled; If the problem is serious and evidence is found, it will not be hired; If there is a serious problem in the report, but it is difficult to verify or deny it at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then the employment will be decided after verification.

Examination and approval of intransitive verbs and probation period
