I. Application conditions

(2) Registration and qualification examination

5. 6. Qualification examination: The county human resources and social security bureau and the county safety supervision bureau are jointly responsible for qualification examination and qualification confirmation, with the participation of the county supervision bureau. The ratio of job applicants to applicants should reach 1: 3. (3) Examination

The examination is conducted in the form of employment according to the written test scores from high to low.

3. Examination content:

Relevant laws and regulations (accounting for 20%): Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, Administrative Reconsideration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Administrative Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, etc.

Professional knowledge (accounting for 60%): "People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on Work Safety" and knowledge of laws and regulations of the State Council, provincial government and State Administration of Work Safety on supervision and management of work safety; Public subjects (20%): public basic knowledge.

(4) Examination and physical examination

After the written test, the candidates to be enrolled (hired) will be determined according to the written test scores from high to low 1: 1.5, and the recruitment leading group will assign a special person to take charge of the assessment.

2. Physical examination. The personnel to be hired shall be organized by the employing unit and the competent department to go to the designated hospital for physical examination. The contents of the medical examination shall be carried out with reference to the contents of the civil service medical examination, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Those who fail the examination or physical examination will be disqualified, and will be replenished according to the scores of the applicants from high to low.

(5) Publicity and admission

All aspects of the recruitment work, such as registration, examination, and determination of the personnel to be hired, are publicized to the public on Tuanfeng Personnel Network and Tuanfeng Government Affairs Network, and are subject to social supervision. If it is found through publicity and verified that there is indeed a problem of not being able to record (hire), the qualification for recording (hire) will be cancelled and supplemented one by one according to the recruitment requirements. If there is no objection to the personnel to be hired after publicity, the relevant procedures for recording (employment) shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations, and post management and personnel agency shall be implemented for the recorded (employment) personnel.
