In order to better select outstanding talents who are suitable for the post, enrich the art teachers and optimize the personnel structure, Jiangsu Drama School (a fully funded institution under the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture) decided to openly recruit staff for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Application conditions

3. Matters needing attention in registration and qualification examination

Each applicant is limited to one position. Applicants must submit the following materials when registering:

(1) Two recent bareheaded front color photos of myself;

(2) Fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff in Jiangsu Drama School;

(3) The fresh graduates must provide the Recommendation Form for Graduates' Two-way Employment Selection, which is uniformly printed by the provincial (municipality directly under the Central Government, district) education authorities.

if the number of qualified applicants for the same position is less than 3 times of the number of recruits for this position, the number of recruitment positions will be reduced or cancelled accordingly, and it will be announced on the provincial human resources and social security website. There is no registration fee and examination fee for this open recruitment. Candidates who have passed the registration qualification examination will be notified to receive the admission ticket.

if the person in charge and the staff involved in the open recruitment have a husband-and-wife relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship with the candidates, or there are other circumstances that may affect the fairness of recruitment, they should be avoided.

III. Examination subjects, time and implementation methods

The examination methods are: ① written examination; 2 interview.

1. The written test is a paper test, and no review book is specified.

2. The written test time will be notified separately. Candidates should take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.

3. After the written test marking, there is no qualified score line. According to the order from high score to low score, the candidates to participate in the interview are determined according to the proportion of the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position of 1:3.

The written test results will be published on the website of Jiangsu Drama School, and candidates can check with the admission ticket number.

4. The list of interviewers will be published on the website of Jiangsu Theatre School. The interview will be conducted in accordance with the interview method formulated by Jiangsu Drama School, and candidates will be informed by written or telephone. The interview contents are as follows: ① professional ability test; ② Teaching ability test. The interview score is 1, and the qualified line is 6. Candidates will be informed of the interview results on the spot.

5. 3% of the written test scores and 7% of the interview scores are included in the final total score.

IV. Employment

After the examination, the final scores of candidates are determined according to the total score calculation method, and the medical examiners are determined from high scores to low scores according to the ratio of 1: 1 of the number of candidates to be recruited for the recruitment position. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of National Civil Servants (Trial). When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified medical examination, the one-time replacement personnel will participate in the medical examination.

The school will organize the examination for those who pass the physical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the examination and physical examination results. The list of persons to be employed will be published on the websites of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security and Jiangsu Drama School for 7 working days. The publicity contents include the recruitment unit, job title, the name of the person to be employed, the current work or study unit, the results of the recruitment examination, the total score, ranking, etc.

for those who have no objection to publicity, after being filed by the provincial human resources and social security department, the school will handle the relevant employment procedures and sign an employment contract with them. After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished. The employment of social personnel shall be subject to a probation period of 6 months, and the probation period for fresh graduates of colleges and universities shall be 12 months. Those who pass the examination after the probation period and probation period shall be given posts and grades. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment relationship will be terminated.
