The crowded recruitment site, seniors and sisters with confident smiles, and various recruitment companies have made me feel the ups and downs of college students' job hunting.

Looking at the seniors and sisters walking through the crowd with carefully prepared resumes, their eyes are always looking at the leaflets of various recruitment units. Their mood is not what we can understand, perhaps anxious, perhaps flustered, perhaps gratified, perhaps ... picking up resumes in their hands and putting them down. At this time, apart from anxiety, they are more depressed and confused ...

Dozens of applicants gather and wait to display their talents. Through the leaflet of the recruitment unit, we know that many of the current units mention the requirements of computer and English in their recruitment requirements. Through the communication with the personnel of the recruitment unit, we have a deeper understanding and pressure on our own shortcomings. Nowadays, the units need not only academic qualifications, but also the abilities of college students in all aspects. Some units have asked questions about their work experience at school. Undoubtedly, work ability plays an increasingly important role in the present work. On the one hand, this also sounded the alarm for our college students. Solid professional knowledge is important, but we can't ignore practical ability. Professional knowledge is the foundation, and practical ability is an important guarantee. During the study period, we should take part in more practical activities in all aspects, improve our organizational ability and communication ability, and improve our quality in an all-round way.

In addition, some companies mentioned in their recruitment requirements that they need good team spirit and interpersonal communication skills, which need to be constantly cultivated in our study and work. At the same time, we need a good sense of customer service and a strong sense of responsibility. Of course, these are important factors that cannot be ignored in our work. In terms of majors, some units require candidates to be able to reasonably analyze their majors, such as human resource management, which requires college students to have a good understanding of each module of this major, especially in performance appraisal. It would be better if they learn particularly well in these modules.

Some applicants asked about the details of the internship. Some units said that the internship time depends on the performance of the individual in the company. If the performance is good, the position can be promoted early, and the salary will be increased after getting the undergraduate diploma. For hardware, it is also necessary to follow the diploma. In addition, some units say that they need hard-working workers. Indeed, if they can't work hard, they can't go on steadily in their work, no matter how good their abilities are.

The personal experience in this job fair is a little scary for our future. However, it tells us that we still have a lot to work hard, and there will be great pressure in the future. Whether we choose employment or take the postgraduate entrance examination, it will be a challenge to us, and a clear goal is even more important. Under the guidance of this goal, we will strive to improve ourselves in all aspects at school, and we will be able to show ourselves confidently in two years!
