According to the requirements of the Lianyungang Municipal Finance Bureau’s “Notice on Matters Concerning the Activation of Non-Tax Income Electronic Bills” (Liancaizong [2021] No. 15), starting from January 1, 2022, professional and technical personnel Qualification examination fees will be issued electronically and paper invoices will no longer be issued.

1. Application time

Candidates can apply for electronic invoices within the following two time periods. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.

The first time period: within 30 days from the end of registration and payment for the exam.

The second time period: November 1st to November 20th of the exam year.

2. Application Process

After 15 working days from the end of each application period, candidates can log in to the Jiangsu Government Service APP to view and download electronic invoices.

(1) Download the Jiangsu Government Service APP on your mobile phone and authenticate with your real name.

(2) Log in to the Jiangsu Government Service APP:

1. Select "My" - "Electronic Bills" to view;

2. Search for "Jiangsu View "Provincial Financial Electronic Billfolder";

3. Select "Jiangsu Provincial Financial Electronic Billfolder" in the "Convenience for People and Enterprises" column to view.

(3) Select "My Invoice" to view and download the electronic invoice for registration and payment.
