II. Qualifications
Applicants should have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China; abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China and support the Communist Party of China leadership and the socialist system; love education, have good political qualities and moral conduct; have the necessary physical conditions and psychological qualities to perform normal job duties.
(1) Applicants must also meet the following conditions
1. Age conditions
Aged 40 years old and below (that is, after July 1, 1981 born); the age of those with deputy senior professional titles in primary and secondary schools is relaxed to 45 years old and below (i.e. born after July 1, 1976); the age of those with senior professional titles in primary and secondary schools is relaxed to 50 years old and below (i.e. born on July 1, 1971 born after 24 days).
2. Academic qualifications

Applicants with foreign (overseas) academic degrees must provide a certification of national (overseas) academic degrees issued by the Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center.
3. Teacher qualifications

(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply

3. Recruitment procedures

Candidates who pass the qualification review must pay an interview fee of 100 yuan (candidates who enter the interview directly do not need to pay repeatedly), receive the "Interview Notice" on the spot, and attend the interview according to the requirements of the "Interview Notice". 3. Interview
The interview will be conducted through a combination of simulated teaching and oral defense. ①Mock teaching, time is 10 minutes, total score is 70 points. ②The defense time is 5 minutes and the total score is 30 points.
Interview score: The total interview score is 100 points, and 60 points and above are considered qualified. Applicants will be notified of interview results on the spot.

4. Total score calculation method
Total score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%
Written test, interview, and total scores are all based on percentage system calculate. Scores are calculated to two decimal places and the third decimal place is rounded off.

(5) Position Selection

(6) Physical examination
After the job selection is completed, the employer shall organize a physical examination in accordance with relevant regulations. Physical examinations are conducted in general hospitals of level II and above. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "Physical Examination Standards for Teacher Qualification Certification in Jiangsu Province" and "General Medical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)". All expenses incurred during the physical examination shall be borne by the examiner himself. If the applicant has questions about the physical examination results, please refer to the physical examination requirements for civil servant recruitment in our province. Physical examination items that are subject to on-site or same-day reexamination must apply on the spot or on the same day. (7) Public announcement
The Tongshan District Education Bureau determines the personnel to be hired from those who have passed the examination results and physical examination, and reports to the Tongshan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. (8) Employment
If there is no objection to the announcement, the applicant will be reported to the Tongshan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for employment procedures after review by the Tongshan District Education Bureau. If a labor or employment contract or other agreement is signed with the original unit, the person shall be responsible for handling it within the prescribed time limit.
