Due to the lack of exit mechanism, there is no basis for the exit management of elderly sanitation workers, and there are factors that affect social stability.
People's health awareness is weak and their active participation is not enough. Due to the living habits formed by villagers for many years, they generally have no awareness of environmental sanitation. In addition, some villagers lack the necessary understanding of the importance of the integration of urban and rural sanitation, and their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in this work are not enough. A few villagers think that the rural health infrastructure is poor, and no matter how it is done, it can't catch up with the level in the city. Even some township cadres have this understanding.
(6) The garbage disposal capacity is limited, so it is urgent to build a landfill. At present, the daily processing capacity allocated by the central new energy to Luo Zhuang is 270 tons, and 50 tons of garbage can't be transported out every day, which is 6.5438+0.8 million tons for the whole year. In addition, the domestic garbage of three communities that did not participate in the market-oriented operation in this area was landfilled in disorder, which had potential safety hazards. In the long run, Luo Zhuang needs to build a domestic waste landfill.
Three. Work suggestion
(1) Strengthen publicity and guidance. Take various forms popular with the masses, extensively carry out publicity and education on environmental sanitation knowledge, health laws and regulations, improve the sense of responsibility of the masses, especially the cadres of the township committees, guide the masses, especially rural residents, to develop healthy and civilized living habits, consciously participate in rural environmental sanitation management, and build an environmental sanitation management system with the participation of the whole people.
