Second, the recruitment target
Graduates from six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education (Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University and Southwest University) in 2023 and 2022.
Third, the recruitment conditions
(a) candidates should meet the following basic conditions
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the socialist system, and abide by the law;
3. Have good political quality and moral conduct;
4. Professional knowledge and business ability required for the post;

Four. Recruitment procedure
(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration time: Centralized registration starts from the date of this announcement and ends on February 27th, 2023 17: 30.
After the centralized registration, normal students at public expense can contact the local education administrative department to register.
2. Registration method: applicants register by e-mail and send scanned copies of the information required for registration to the designated mailbox (see annex 1 for the designated mailbox).
3. Qualification examination: When applying for a job, please provide the following relevant materials, and the recruiting unit will conduct qualification examination, and fill in the Registration Form for Public Normal College Graduates in Public Institutions (Annex 2), Graduate Employment Recommendation Form, and the original and photocopy of student ID card and valid ID card.
The recruiting unit shall strictly examine the qualifications of the candidates and inform me of the results in time.
(2) Organizing the test
1. If the ratio of the number of recruits in the same position to the number of qualified candidates in the post qualification examination does not reach 1: 10 (excluding 10), they will directly enter the interview.
The interview score is the total score of the exam, with a percentage system.
2. For positions where the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of qualified candidates for the same position reaches 1: 10 (including 10), the written test+interview method is adopted, and the written test, interview results and total test scores are all 100%, of which the written test and interview results account for 40% of the total test scores respectively.
According to the written test scores of candidates and the ratio of job recruitment 1:3, the interviewers are determined from high score to low score.
3. The minimum score line is set for this recruitment, and the test scores are accurate to 3 decimal places. If the unconverted written test score or interview score is less than 60 points (excluding 60 points), you may not enter the next recruitment link.
(3) Organizing physical examination.
According to the total test scores of the candidates who take the test, the candidates who take the physical examination are determined according to 1: 1 from high score to low score; When the ratio of the number of physical examination places to the job recruitment plan is greater than 1: 1 due to the same total score of candidates in the same recruitment position, an additional examination can be organized according to the professional characteristics, and the person with the highest score in the additional examination will enter the medical examination procedure.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065438+02] No.65) and the Notice on Modifying and Related Contents (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438+06] 140).
(4) Organizing inspection.
Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by the employing unit and its competent department.
According to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity and putting morality first, the investigation was carried out. The contents of the investigation are mainly ideological and political performance, moral quality, school records, professional ability and law-abiding situation, and it is verified whether the object of investigation meets the qualification conditions and the provisions of the avoidance system, and the investigation team will make an investigation conclusion.
(five) to determine the candidates to be hired.
According to the test and physical examination results, the recruiting unit collectively studies and determines the candidates to be hired, and after being audited by the competent education department, the filing materials will be reported to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau at the same level.
(6) Publicity and filing.
According to the management authority, the human resources and social security bureaus of Enshi Prefecture and relevant counties and cities will publicize the qualified candidates to the public on the comprehensive website of Enshi Prefecture Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and relevant county and city governments for no less than 7 working days on the basis of reviewing the filing materials.
If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the relevant filing procedures shall be handled according to the procedures; If there is any objection to the personnel to be employed, it shall be decided whether to put on record according to the investigation and verification.
(seven) special circumstances such as replacement.
If there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to the following circumstances, each recruitment unit shall submit a written application and submit it to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau at the same level for approval, and make up the vacancy in turn according to the candidates' comprehensive test scores, physical examination and inspection results.
1. The applicant's physical examination or examination does not meet the requirements;
2. There are objections to the publicity of the personnel to be hired, and it is verified that it does not meet the employment conditions;
3. The personnel to be employed voluntarily give up their employment qualifications, or after being notified by legal procedures, the personnel to be employed fail to report within the specified time;
4. During the period of waiting for employment, the employed person resigned according to regulations or was disqualified from employment after investigation;
5. Other reasonable circumstances that lead to the vacancy of the recruitment position.
Any applicant who fails to take the examination (written examination, interview), qualification examination, physical examination and other links as required within the specified time or fails to apply as required shall be deemed to have automatically waived his qualification.
(eight) the implementation of the employment system.

(9) Employment management.

Once the candidates are hired, they must sign a commitment agreement with the school for a minimum service of more than 5 years, implement post employment and contract management according to the official staff management of the institution, and enjoy the corresponding treatment.
