According to the requirements of job responsibilities, the bureau consists of office, organization and personnel department, administrative supervision department, finance department, law enforcement supervision department, planning and utilization management department, cultivated land protection department, cadastral and surveying management department, land ownership dispute mediation department, mineral development management department and geological environment management department * * *1kloc-0/functional departments. There are 9 institutions under the supervision detachment, sub-bureau, real estate company, cultivated land consolidation center, information center and land reserve center. According to the allocation principle of "up and down correspondence", the county land and resources bureaus have set up stock rooms and two-storey institutions corresponding to the municipal bureau organs. Land and resources management offices have been set up in 0/45 townships in the whole city/KLOC.

(1) Office: responsible for messages, files, publicity, government affairs disclosure, information, confidentiality, security, letters and visits, family planning, poverty alleviation, comprehensive statistics, reception, vehicle and material procurement, fixed assets, property management, coordination, etc. Coordinate information work and take the lead in administrative examination and approval of land and resources; Responsible for the party building work of the bureau and its affiliated institutions, organize and carry out political and ideological education, be responsible for the daily management of party member, and organize and coordinate the daily work of group organizations.

(2) Policy and Regulation Department: responsible for drafting, revising and reviewing the draft normative documents related to land and resources; Organize publicity and education on relevant laws and regulations; Handling hearings, administrative reconsideration, responding to lawsuits and other related matters; To study and draft comprehensive policy suggestions on land resources and mineral resources in the city; To undertake the related work of land requisition compensation and resettlement dispute mediation.

(3) Finance department: responsible for the paid use of land and resources. Participate in the management of resource assets such as land and minerals and the rights and interests of mining rights funded by the state. Implement the relevant fiscal policies and financial accounting systems of the state and the autonomous region, and formulate relevant financial and asset management systems; To undertake the work related to the collection and management of land and resources special income according to law; To undertake the management of relevant special funds and funds; To compile the annual budgets of the bureaus and agencies, review the revenues and expenditures of the bureaus, departmental budgets and final accounts, the implementation of two lines of revenue and expenditure, centralized government procurement and centralized treasury payment; Responsible for the supervision and inspection of state-owned assets of branches (including offices); To undertake the management, supervision and inspection of the financial and state-owned assets of affiliated institutions, and guide, inspect and supervise the financial work of the county land and resources bureau; Responsible for compiling, reviewing and summarizing all kinds of monthly reports, annual reports and statistical statements of special funds of bureaus and counties at the corresponding level; Responsible for the supervision and inspection of land reclamation, consolidation and reclamation related fees collection and use.
