(1) Online registration: applicants fill in the Application Form for Recruiting Staff in Institutions of Hainan Provincial Department of Ocean and Fisheries (see attachment), and put the electronic version of the application form (with my recent bareheaded front color photo in the specified position), the scanned diploma certificate (or employment recommendation form), the scanned ID card and other relevant materials (professional and technical qualification certificate, English grade certificate).
