Do better headhunting companies like Korn Ferry Consulting recruit undergraduate graduates? Are there any special cases?

Undergraduate students will not be recruited.

Korn Ferry’s marketing and sales consultants themselves are senior managers approaching retirement (generally the fixed salary will not be less than 300,000 /year)

The consultants are basically friends over 30 years old, and the clients they face are professional managers with tens of millions of dollars. Most of the graduates come in to do odd jobs.
