MICHAEL PAGE: The top headhunting company in the UK has an office in Beijing and has a history of several decades. However, the fees are too high, with an annual salary of 25 yuan, and they will not work for companies with an annual salary of less than 500,000 yuan. My company recruits foreigners with an annual salary of around 20, so this is not enough for their threshold.

Fores Beijing Consulting: The fees charged by this company are not bad, ranging from a few thousand to about 15% of the annual salary. The experience is more than 4 years. (It cannot compare with MICHAEL PAGE in terms of scale.) The scale is not large. , but the quality of the employees is very good, their English is fluent, and they are also very professional. The main reason is that they are fast and the people they recruit are relatively in line with our requirements. The disadvantage is that the company is not large, with only about 10 people. When there are too many projects, it cannot be completed, and sometimes we have to queue up.

CRCCASIA: This company can recruit foreign interns, but they are all short-term for one month to two months, and they have little experience. The recommended people are all very handsome, but these interns come to China is too short for any long-term position.

There are many other universities that also recommend foreigners. These schools charge foreigners fees and help them find jobs. These universities are so evil. And the efficiency is extremely low. I contacted several universities in Beijing, but either I couldn't find anyone, or I went to have lunch at noon, and when I came back at three o'clock, I still couldn't find anyone. The people I deal with are all very nice, but what's the use if I can't help?
