I. Tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for the guard duty of Jixi militia weapons and equipment warehouse (Liumao Township, Hengshan District, Jixi City), the joint defense training in the reservoir area, the daily maintenance and sanitary cleaning of the reservoir area, and the militarized management.

2. Working hours and salary: eat and live in the warehouse (including holidays) all day every week except rest days, and take turns to stand guard and be on duty 24 hours a day, with 2 people in each position for 2 hours, and each person takes turns to work every 8 hours. Rest takes a rotation system, and each person has a rest of 2 days per week. There is no shuttle bus to and from work. The bus stop is 2.5 kilometers away from the warehouse and it takes about 25 minutes to walk.

The salary is paid to 3000 yuan by the municipal finance on the basis of the actual salary of Longan (Longchuang) Company. The municipal finance will allocate the difference funds to the special account of Jixi Military Division on time every month, and Jixi Military Division will enter the personal salary card on time.

3. Recruitment target and quota: This recruitment is only open to all registered men (including flexible employees and self-employed) aged between 18-45 with high school education, and veterans and party member are preferred.
