What's the population of Xinxu Town?

According to the inquiry of Xiang 'an District People's Government in Xiamen, Xinxu Town is located in the north of Xiang 'an District, bordering Nan 'an City in the north, Tang Hong Town in Tong 'an District, Maxiang Town and Neicuo Town in Xiang 'an District in the south, and Wuxian Town in Tong 'an District in the west. The town covers a total area of 10 1.03 square kilometers, governs 14 villages, 4 community neighborhood committees and 75 natural villages, with a registered population of about 53,700. In recent years, Xinxu Town has been rated as the third batch of development and reform pilot towns in China, the first batch of demonstration pilot towns for establishing towns in China, national health towns, provincial civilized towns, provincial forest towns, provincial eco-tourism towns and city characteristic towns.
