How to work in an embassy

As a sophomore, the first thing to do is to prepare for the college entrance examination. When filling in the volunteers, it is best to choose the foreign languages department of a foreign studies university or a comprehensive university. When I graduated, I applied for the civil service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It should be noted that the embassy does not participate in the recruitment of civil servants. If you want to work in the embassy, you can take an examination of civil servants in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs alone. However, the examination of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs requires post-related academic qualifications and majors. These are basically related to foreign languages.

Especially if you want to enter the embassy, you will basically be required to be a foreign language major. Moreover, all positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will have relevant professional examinations. Another country can only have one embassy in another country, and consulates are in other provinces and cities in that country. For example, there is only one American embassy in China, which is in Beijing. Consulates in Chengdu, Shenyang, Wuhan, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
