you need the qualification certificate of a cosmetic formulator, or have been engaged in related work for more than 8 years, or have a college degree or above, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years, or have a bachelor degree or above, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years, or have a postgraduate degree or above, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year.

A cosmetic R&D engineer is a researcher who uses daily chemical raw materials that meet cosmetic safety standards according to market demand, conducts cosmetic formula research and development, organizes trial production, and tests its mechanism and efficacy. The qualification certificate of cosmetic formulator is the professional qualification certificate of cosmetic related practitioners issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
