Unemployed candidates are certified by the community and village Committee where their household registration is located, such as law-abiding and ideological and political performance. If there is any doubt about the certification materials, the employer may call back, consult by letter or send someone to the graduate school, police station, community and village committee where the applicant is located to conduct on-the-spot investigation. The survey results are stored in the applicant's personnel file.

In the physical examination and investigation, vacancies arising from voluntary abandonment of candidates or unqualified physical examination and investigation shall be filled in order of high comprehensive scores. When the comprehensive scores are tied, the written test scores are determined from high to low, and the make-up exam is only conducted once.
