My household registration is not in Xinjiang. Can I apply for civil service in Xinjiang? I am currently working in Shihezi?

I am from Xinjiang’s public examination family, let me tell you. If you take the provincial exam, you must have a Xinjiang household registration. The only exception is for volunteers in the western region.

Please note that one very noteworthy aspect of the provincial examination is that if you are a volunteer in the western region, you may apply for positions in Xinjiang without being restricted by household registration, but you absolutely cannot apply for positions that are restricted to prefectures, prefectures and cities.
