Beijing Anti-drug Science and Technology Center is a public institution affiliated to the Municipal Public Security Bureau, located in Fengtai District, Beijing. Mainly responsible for inspection and identification, monitoring and early warning, hazard assessment, research on prevention and treatment of addiction and abuse, and research and development of new drug control technologies, standards and methods.

According to the spirit of documents such as the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Beijing (J.R.S.F. [20/KLOC-0]102) and the Management Measures for Introducing Graduates in Beijing (J.R.S.F. [202 1]22) and relevant policies and regulations on open recruitment of people's police, combined with the actual needs of work,

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Plan

This plan recruits 10 people. For specific recruitment positions, please refer to the People's Police Post Table compiled by Beijing Anti-drug Science and Technology Center in 2023 (see annex).

Second, the basic conditions of the applicants

(a) have the nationality of the people of China, support the constitution of the people of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the socialist system, and abide by national laws and regulations.

(two) physical and mental health, with good professional ethics, physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally.

(3) Higher academic education experience requires a nationally recognized academic degree and degree certificate, and the post requires a major corresponding to the applicant's highest academic degree.

(4) If the post requires a permanent residence in Beijing, it does not include non-Beijing graduates whose household registration and files are kept in the school. The settlement time is as of the day before the registration begins.

(5) Fresh graduates who meet the requirements of relevant posts are limited to fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 who are included in the national unified enrollment plan (excluding orientation and entrusted training), and can graduate on time and obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates. Fresh graduates who are not from Beijing must meet the requirements for entering Beijing.

(6) Those under the age of 30 in the recruitment conditions should be born after 1 March 19931; Those who are required to be under 35 years old should be born after 1 March 9881.

(seven) in line with the relevant qualifications stipulated in the People's Police Law, the provisions of laws and regulations and other conditions required to perform their duties.

(eight) applicants should have the basic quality conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Measures for the Political Examination of the Employment of People's Police by Public Security Organs, and there shall be no circumstances stipulated in Articles 8 and 9.

In addition, in any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:

1. does not meet the relevant requirements of the Regulations on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Institutions;

2. Studying, working and living outside the country (territory) for more than six months continuously, and it is difficult to inspect the experience and political performance during the period outside the country (territory);

3. There are some problems in cadre personnel files, such as "three years old and two calendars" tampering, fraud, missing important materials, serious inaccuracy and so on.

"Three years old and two calendars" refers to the date of birth, time to work, time to join the party (league), education, experience, etc.

4. There are other circumstances in which it is prohibited by laws and regulations to be employed as a staff member of a public institution.

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration time: 09: 00 on March 8, 2023 to 08: 00 on March 27, 2023.

2. Registration method: Online registration is adopted for this registration. Applicants can log on to gongzhao.com (www.gongzhao.com.cn) as required to register and upload their electronic photos (recent bareheaded color photos with positive documents; Do not exceed 100KB).

Applicants can only choose to fill in one position and take the exam with a valid second-generation resident ID card.

Education experience should be filled in from primary school, and the education level of each stage should be accurately expressed after school and major.

Personal education and work experience must be continuous, and experiences such as "review for postgraduate entrance examination" and "unemployment" should also be filled in.

3. Preliminary qualification examination

The recruiting unit will conduct preliminary qualification examination on the application materials submitted by candidates, and those who pass the examination will participate in the follow-up recruitment.

Candidates can log on to gongzhao.com (www.gongzhao.com.cn) after March 29th to check whether they have passed the qualification examination, which runs through the whole recruitment process.

(2) written examination

Candidates who pass the preliminary qualification examination are required to take a written examination of public basic ability, focusing on the basic comprehensive qualities of candidates such as logical thinking ability, problem-solving ability, language and writing ability and learning ability.

The examination is conducted in the form of written examination and closed book. Examination time limit 150 minutes, full score 100, and qualified score 60 points.

There are no designated reference books and training institutions for this exam.

You must bring the original ID card with you when taking the exam, and those who lack it are not allowed to take the exam.

(5) Comprehensive achievements

The calculation method of comprehensive score is: written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%.

(six) physical fitness assessment and the people's police professional psychological quality test.

According to the ranking order of comprehensive scores from high to low, according to the ratio of 1: 1.5 (less than 1 is counted as 1 person), the list of people who enter the physical fitness evaluation and professional psychological quality test of the people's police is determined, and the physical fitness evaluation is carried out according to the physical fitness evaluation items and standards of the people's police employed by public security organs, and the professional psychological quality test of the people's police is carried out.

(7) Physical examination and inspection

After passing the physical fitness test and psychological quality test, the candidates for physical examination and political examination are determined according to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low and the ratio of 1: 1.

In case of physical examination, unqualified inspection or voluntary abandonment of candidates, they can be replenished in the order of high and low comprehensive scores.

Physical examination items and standards strictly implement the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

The political examination strictly implements the relevant policies and regulations such as the Measures for the Political Examination of People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs.

Fourth, publicity and employment.

According to the comprehensive results, physical fitness assessment, psychological test, physical examination and investigation results, the candidates to be hired are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. The list is published on the websites of Beijing Public Security Bureau (/gaj.beijing.gov.cn "Recruitment Information Column") and gongzhao.com (www.gongzhao.com.cn) or notified by telephone.
