2. Recruitment targets
Past graduates of full-time general colleges and universities recruited under the national plan should have a permanent residence in Surabaya. Fresh graduates who have not moved their household registration after graduation but whose parents have permanent household registration in Sishui County can also apply. Personnel recruited by Shandong Province to serve in grassroots projects in Surabaya are not subject to household registration restrictions.
3. Recruitment conditions
(1) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, abide by laws and regulations, and have good conduct;

(3) Meet the recruitment conditions required for the job position;
(4) Have the physical condition to perform their duties normally;

(6) Applicants cannot apply for positions with which they should avoid family relationships; current employees of government agencies and institutions are not allowed to apply; non-fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities are not allowed to apply, and they cannot be used. 1. Registration and Qualification Review

When registering, all qualified candidates must bring their graduation certificate, degree certificate (required for graduate students), registration certificate (enterprise applicants must also provide proof of consent from the employer), and ID card (system of the county-level public security agency) Temporary ID card or household registration certificate with photo), household register and other relevant certification materials, one original and one copy (applicants for education professional positions also need to provide relevant valid certificates or certificates of teacher qualifications), submit the front of the recent copy of the same page 4 1-inch color photos (with name and ID number on the front of the photo). 2. Exam
The exam will be conducted through a combination of written examination and interview (lecture).
(1) Written test.
The written examination adopts a closed-book method. The written examination is divided into two categories: education and health according to different majors. Each category takes one subject. The content of the education exam consists of two parts: basic public knowledge and basic education knowledge. The basic knowledge of education includes: basics of pedagogy, educational psychology, teacher professional ethics and educational legal system, etc.; the content of the health exam is basic public knowledge. There are two parts: knowledge and basic knowledge of health profession. The basic knowledge part of health profession includes: basic medicine (pharmaceutical), medical ethics, medical ethics and health regulations, etc. The written test uses a percentage system to calculate the candidates' scores, and the written test time is 120 minutes.
Written test time and location: The time and location specified on the admission ticket shall prevail.
According to the provisions of national, provincial and municipal documents, 10 points will be added to the written test score within the preferential policy period for candidates who meet the following conditions: 1. Graduates selected by the Youth League Central Committee and the Youth League Provincial Committee to participate in the College Student Volunteer Service West Program Students who have completed their service period and passed the assessment (limited to Surabaya residents); 2. (2) Interview (lecture).
Candidates who have reached the qualifying score of the preliminary examination will be selected for interviews (lectures) based on the professional recruitment plan and preliminary examination results, from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:2 according to the recruitment plan for each position. Interviews (lectures) will be conducted at the same time, at the same location, in the same organization, and in a fully closed manner. According to the needs of interview (lecture) work, several examiner groups will be formed. Interviews for education professionals and technicians will be conducted in the form of lectures, which refer to the "Education and Teaching Ability Evaluation Standards for Primary and Secondary Vocational Teacher Qualification Certification in Shandong Province"; interviews for health professionals and technicians will be conducted using a combination of structured and comprehensive health business knowledge. The full score for the interview (lecture) is 100 points. 3. Assessment and physical examination
After the interview (lecture), the total test score will be calculated based on the proportion of the preliminary test score and the interview (lecture) score each accounting for 50%. The total score is calculated to two decimal places, and the remainder is rounded off. According to the number of recruitment plans, the physical examination personnel will be determined in equal proportions from high to low based on the total examination scores. Those who do not meet the recruitment ratio for professional positions will enter the scope of physical examination, and the total examination score shall not be lower than those who enter the physical examination for other professional positions. If there are candidates with the same total score in the last professional position in the recruitment plan, the physical examination personnel will be determined based on the preliminary test scores from high to low. Those with the same preliminary test scores will all participate in the assessment and physical examination.
The assessment refers to the "Shandong Province National Civil Servant Recruitment and Assessment Methods". The assessment results are divided into two grades: qualified and unqualified. The physical examination standards and related requirements shall be implemented with reference to the general physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. If the state has other regulations, such regulations shall prevail, and the expenses shall be borne by the applicants.
If there are vacancies due to failure in assessment, physical examination and qualification review, etc., they will be filled in order from high score to low score according to the professional position and the total score. Assessments and physical examinations will be organized and implemented by personnel transferred from the disciplinary inspection and supervision, organization and human resources and social security departments.
4. Employment and remuneration
Those who pass the assessment, physical examination and qualification review will be determined as candidates for employment and will be announced to the public. After the publicity period expires and there are no objections, the applicants will voluntarily select the recruitment unit from high scores to low scores in the applied professional positions based on the total scores (those who apply for education professional positions will implement the grassroots service period system, with a service period of three years, and will sign a voluntary contract on the spot.
