Which is better, Southwest Forestry University or Wuhan Institute of Technology?

I am a sophomore in Military Engineering College. I think the environment of Military Engineering College is much better than other schools I have seen in Wuhan, but the school has three campuses, which are not big, but the distance between the campuses is not far. It is convenient to have a school bus running back and forth, but the conditions of the boys' dormitory in the old campus (evergreen) are a little worse. The old campus is full of six people, and the new campus is a standard room for four people. The school is not noisy or remote in the suburbs, which is quite good. if
