2. Qualifications

1. Applicants must be full-time graduate students with a master's degree or above in national colleges and universities. Among them: the postgraduate stage is not limited to graduate institutions, and the undergraduate stage requires full-time direct undergraduate courses (excluding special undergraduate courses);

2. professional requirements: germplasm resources (working experience in renewable energy research is preferred).

At the same time, the following conditions should be met:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, support the party's line, principles and policies, have good moral conduct and strong sense of professionalism and responsibility;

2. The majors you study must be in line with the needs of the employer;

3. Having the nationality of the Chinese people, generally not over 4 years old, in good health, and volunteering to work at the grassroots level;

1. On-site registration

② Two originals and photocopies of my ID card, academic degree certificate (including undergraduate and postgraduate stage), honorary certificate, publication of papers, professional title certificate, practicing qualification certificate, patent certificate, achievements of R&D projects and research results;

(3) Three recent two-inch bareheaded photos with red background, and submit them to the electronic version (format: name. jpg);

⑥ If the applicant is from party member or preparing for party member, he/she shall provide a copy of party member's identity certificate issued by the local party organization.

2. Qualification examination. The district talent office and the employer * * * will review the qualifications of the applicants. After passing the examination, they will be allowed to participate in the review, and copies of relevant documents will be kept in the district talent office.

3. Organize review. Organize an expert review team to review the applicants' relevant business knowledge, practical ability and achievements in professional fields. The evaluation team consists of seven people, including relevant leaders of the district government, organizations, people's organizations, editorial offices, relevant leaders of the employer and relevant experts. The review time, place and related requirements will be notified separately.

4. Directional investigation. According to the evaluation results and job requirements, the inspection candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1:1. The district talent office inspects the high-level talents to be introduced by reviewing files and correspondence.

5. Organize physical examination. Organize the high-level talents to be introduced for physical examination, and the physical examination items and standards shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.

6. conference research. Submit it to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee for study and determine the high-level talents to be introduced.

7. Social publicity. The list of high-level talents to be introduced shall be publicized in Zhangjiakou Daily and the government portal of Qiaodong District, Zhangjiakou City (www.zjkqd.gov.cn), and the publicity period shall be 5 working days. During the publicity period, if there are problems reflected by the masses and verified, the qualification for introduction will be cancelled; If there is no objection after publicity, a notice of employment will be issued and the introduction procedures will be handled.

8. Go through the formalities. The introduction of high-level talents shall be handled by the District Editorial Board Office, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Finance Bureau and other relevant departments and employers in accordance with relevant regulations.

IV. Relevant treatment

1. For the introduced high-level talents, the career establishment will be solved and included in the district financial expenditure, and a one-year probation period will be implemented, during which they will enjoy the corresponding salary and welfare benefits. After the probation period, they will be employed as formal staff of public institutions after passing the examination. The introduced talents are doctoral students, and the district finance will give them a housing subsidy of 15, yuan (distributed in five years, 3, yuan per year) and a monthly post subsidy in 3 yuan, and adjust the subsidy standard in a timely manner according to market conditions, price increases and other factors; If the spouse of the introduced doctoral students has a full-time bachelor degree or above, they will be given assistance in resettlement and help them with their children's enrollment and household registration.

2. The high-level talents who have made outstanding contributions to the economic construction and social development of our region shall be commended and rewarded by the district committee and district government.

3. Implement special management, strengthen training and focus on the use of imported high-level talents. Give priority to care and support in training and learning, participating in scientific research projects, undertaking scientific research projects, and evaluating professional titles, so as to promote its rapid growth and development.

V. Relevant requirements

Applicants should sign the Letter of Commitment on Honesty and strictly abide by the relevant regulations and disciplinary requirements. In case of falsification of registration materials, concealment of personal identity information or abandonment of employment qualification due to personal reasons, depending on the seriousness of the case, the district talent office will take criticism and education, cancel employment qualification, and issue certificates of bad records to be stored in personal files.

VI. Assessment Management

The imported high-level talents are subject to dynamic management, and their annual assessment is organized every year. Those who are not qualified for the current job after assessment will be disqualified.
