Does Sichuan Unicom need an English major?

Some provinces have requirements for English.

Most provincial companies of China Mobile have no requirements for CET-4 and CET-6 network applications. Only Zhejiang, Guangxi, Ningxia, Liaoning and other provinces require graduates to obtain a CET-4 certificate or a CET-4 score of 425 or above to register.
