The second chapter of the director's annual work summary is about to usher in a new year. I worked as a director in the personnel department for half a year, and gradually turned to the right track in the work of the department. The work after the takeover is summarized as follows:
I. Recruitment and archives management
Recruitment In order to replenish hotel staff in time and follow up, to ensure that someone is available and someone can choose, generally speaking, recruitment is divided into regular recruitment and unconventional recruitment. Formal recruitment refers to recruitment in Tengzhou talent market, but Tengzhou talent market has not yet formed a certain scale. This kind of recruitment has a certain impact on the careers of room attendants and food delivery staff. In addition to regular recruitment, our department is also preparing to get in touch with major universities in the next step.
The effect of the above recruitment methods is not obvious. In addition, the human resources department strengthens the contact with its employees and encourages them to recommend their friends to the hotel. This is a method with a wide source of talents.
The employee file is a resource base to grasp the basic information of employees in time, and it is also an important link to establish the talent pool of employees. It includes three parts: employee handwritten files, including on-the-job employee files, resigned employee files and applied employee files. The establishment and effective management of archives is conducive to the human resources department to keep abreast of the on-the-job employees and personnel flow. Performing duties: As the director of the Finance Department, my job purpose is to organize the company's financial personnel to implement national financial regulations and policies, organize daily financial accounting and financial supervision, and complete various financial indicators and tasks assigned by superiors on time. My job responsibilities are:
1, implement the national financial policy and accounting system, and complete all tasks assigned by superiors.
2, organize accounting and supervision, establish and improve the income audit system.

4. Be responsible for the authenticity and legality of monthly reports, quarterly reports and annual reports. As the chief financial officer, I started my work like this: 1 month. During the final financial statement, I carefully summarized last year's financial work and made a financial work plan for XX. All kinds of accounting files are classified and filed. Supervise the subordinate financial personnel to complete the task of hardware remittance in the fourth quarter of XX. Seriously handled the bank confirmation letter. Before the final accounts, the financial special computer was fully maintained and managed, and the financial special software was cleaned, disinfected and backed up.
5. Strictly control business-related expenses such as business hospitality.
