How to handle overseas labor services?

1. Labor force information must be obtained first. Only when you know the specific labor information can you start going abroad. When obtaining foreign labor service information, we should pay attention to the following points:

(1) Go to the labor agency for consultation and fill in personal information and resume;

(2) You must know the country you are going to, and it is best to know the area you will eventually go to;

(3) What is the total cost of overseas labor services and how to pay it;

(4) the specific work done in the country and the time of signing the contract;

(5) What is the specific salary, such as accommodation and overtime. ;

(6) Working hours and vacations every day;

(7) Whether there is insurance;

(8) Check the validity period of the visa.

2. Passport: Passport is the identity card of China people abroad. Generally, after going abroad, you can apply for a passport through an interview. Please refer to the ordinary passport processing process of Beijing Branch for specific processing procedures and required materials;

3. Fully communicate with your family before going abroad, arrange things well, have a simple physical examination, and make a plan to raise funds abroad;

Although all the procedures are handled by the labor agency now, the materials to be used should be prepared by yourself. In addition to what must be prepared, according to the requirements of different countries, some have to prepare innocence certificates and sign one or more contracts.

China citizens shall apply for passports or other travel documents when leaving or entering the country.
