Legal analysis: The Commission for Discipline Inspection, also known as the Commission for Discipline Inspection, belongs to China's disciplinary inspection organs and not to government departments. The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection is a discipline inspection department, not affiliated to any department, but under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee.
