Units holding certificates issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection are:

Xiamen University 2203 and Xiamen Environmental Protection Research Institute 2204;

The second and second level units are Xiamen New Green Environment Development Co., Ltd. 2223, Xiamen Sunshine Environmental Protection Technology Comprehensive Service Co., Ltd. 2207 and Xiamen Songhu Environmental Technology Development Co., Ltd.

In addition to the above-mentioned units, as long as they are registered in the Fujian Provincial Environmental Protection Department and hold the Grade A qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, they can carry out the environmental assessment work of the category projects approved in their qualification certificates in Xiamen.
