2013 Talent Introduction Announcement in Yinan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province

1. Scope of introduction of personnel

National “211 Project” colleges and universities, colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education and provincial key disciplines, and undergraduate graduates enrolled within the national plan of provincial key colleges and universities Students; full-time graduates with a master's degree or above from general universities and research institutes across the country; graduates with a bachelor's degree or above studying abroad recognized by the Ministry of Education. Qualified fresh graduates, unemployed past graduates, and current employees with the consent of their units can apply.

2. Introduction plan and registration qualifications

Plan to introduce 22 people. For details, please refer to the "Yinan County Plan for Introducing Excellent Talents" (Appendix 1).

In addition to meeting the conditions stipulated in Article 9 of the "Interim Regulations on Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions" (Ministry of Personnel Order No. 6), applicants should also have the following qualifications:

1 , Obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate before December 31, 2013;

2. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree must be no more than 28 years old (born after January 1, 1985), and candidates with a master’s degree and dual bachelor’s degrees must be no more than 28 years old (born after January 1, 1985). Over 30 years old (born after January 1, 1983), and doctoral students should not be over 35 years old (born after January 1, 1978);

3. Those who have returned from studying abroad must have the study abroad service provided by the Ministry of Education The center certifies overseas academic qualifications and degrees, and registration is based on the same or similar majors in China.

Those who have the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

1. Those who have been subject to criminal punishment or been dismissed from public office, or who have been punished at the department level or above while in school;

2. In the recruitment (employment) of civil servants and public institutions at all levels, the recruitment (employment) authorities have determined that there has been fraud or other serious violations of the recruitment discipline;

3. The civil servant has been dismissed for less than 5 years

4. Those who are already employed in Linyi City (signed relevant labor employment contract or employment contract);

5. Those who are not allowed to be employed according to relevant laws.

Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions with which they have a relative avoidance relationship.

3. Introduction of work procedures

1. Candidates register online. Applicants will log in to the Linyi Personnel Examination Information Network () registration system from November 30 to December 4 to fill in their personal information and upload a recent full-face color electronic photo of themselves. Applicants should fill in and submit the registration information truthfully. Each person is limited to one position. Applicants must register with their second-generation ID number, and the ID card used for registration and examination must be consistent.

2. Online preliminary qualification review. Applicants can log in to the registration website from December 1st to December 5th to check the results of the preliminary qualification review. Qualification review runs through the entire process of introduction. Once it is found that those who do not meet the qualification conditions, their qualification for introduction will be cancelled. Violations of disciplines and violations by applicants will be handled with reference to the "Notice on Issuing the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Violations and Violations in the Civil Servant Recruitment Examination (Trial)" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2009] No. 126) and other relevant regulations.

3. Qualification review and online printing of admission tickets. On-site qualification confirmation will be conducted in our city from December 7th to December 8th (the specific location will be notified separately). Those who pass the qualification review will be determined as interview candidates, and those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified for introduction. Those who pass the qualification review can log in to the registration website starting from December 16 to download and print the interview admission ticket.

The materials required for qualification review include: (1) 1 original copy of "Registration Form" and "Letter of Integrity". Please log in to the registration website to download and print. (2) Two 1-inch photos on the same page as the registration form. (3) One original and one copy each of ID card and academic degree certificate. Those who study abroad must provide overseas academic degree certification from the Ministry of Education’s Study Abroad Service Center. (4) In-service personnel must provide registration materials approved by their employer.

4. Interview. Interviews will be held in late December (the specific time and location will be notified later).

According to the professional category of the registered applicants and the ranking of interview scores, the candidates for inspection will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 from high to low. All candidates with less than 1:3 will be inspected. Those with interview scores lower than 60 points will not be selected as candidates for inspection. Applicants with a master's degree and dual bachelor's degrees will receive an additional 1 point for the interview score; applicants with a doctoral degree will be exempted from the interview and will enter the inspection directly.

5. Inspection. The inspection work will be graded on a 100-point scale. After the inspection, undergraduate and master's students will determine the total score of the candidates based on the ratio of interview scores accounting for 50 and inspection scores accounting for 50. The inspection scores of doctoral students will be the total scores, and the candidates to be introduced will be determined from high to low (if the total scores are tied , sorted from high to low according to their examination results).

6. Physical examination. Physical examination based on 1:1 ratio. Those who fail the physical examination or who commit fraud or conceal the truth during the physical examination, resulting in distortion of the physical examination results, will be disqualified for introduction. If there are vacancies due to disqualification or automatic abandonment, the candidates will be filled in equal amounts from the highest score to the lowest score according to the job introduction plan.

7. Public announcement. The candidates to be introduced will be publicized for 7 days on the Linyi City Personnel Examination Information Network ( ), Linyi Party Building Network ( ), etc. Those who meet the conditions at the expiration of the publicity period will be determined as candidates for introduction; those who do not meet the conditions will be disqualified for introduction. If there are vacancies due to disqualification or automatic abandonment, the candidates will be filled in equal amounts from the highest score to the lowest score according to the job introduction plan.

8. Recruitment. Candidates to be introduced should report and go through the employment procedures within one month from the end of the announcement. If they fail to do so within the specified time limit, they will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications for introduction.

4. Relevant benefits and management

The introduced outstanding talents are listed in the Yinan County enterprise establishment and have a probation period of one year. In order to enrich personal experience, accumulate grassroots work experience, and cultivate professional talents who understand economics and management, based on the principle of professional matching and two-way selection, the introduced personnel will first work in the company for five years. After the temporary period expires, based on work performance and Performance appraisal status and personal wishes, allocation of work.
